“I want to live to be 150!” Famous Ghanaian centenarian shares how she lengthens her life”I want to live to be 150.

Ghanaian woman, Sefi Oyeyemi, was birth in Accra in 1896. She lived through both world wars, saw the country be led by tens of politicians. In the Ghanaian Book of Records she is listed as the oldest living person in the world – on March 14, she turned 126 years old. Sefi managed to outlive not only her peers, but also many children of her peers.
This great-great-grandmother regularly undergoes medical examinations. Every year the doctors say the same thing: she’s as healthy as a horse, she could give astronauts a run for their money in that regard.


Despite such a long life, Sefi Oyeyemi rarely left her countryside home and always refused whenever her children would offer to move her to the city. Her children were, naturally, concerned about leaving a woman of such age alone. But Sefi couldn’t care less about her age.Sefi Oyeyemi lives in a large wooden house, which was built by her late husband. The elderly woman takes care of the residence. Besides that she also has a 10 acre garden the entirety of which she cultivates annually. Sefi also cares for a brood of hens and her goat, Molly. And surprisingly, the old woman has enough energy for all of this.


We visited the centenarian to interview her and uncover her main secret – how do you live so long and not get ill. While enjoying Mrs. Sefi Oyeyemi lovely tea brew, we realise that she has other concerns besides us. Not wanting to waste her time, we immediately get to the point of our visit.

– Sefi, you have lived such a long life. Much longer than anyone else. How did you manage to do that?

– Yes, I have already repeatedly told everyone who asked me this question (journalists are constant guests in my house). It’s all about clean blood vessels. My dear old friend Ben told me that, back before the war. Ben lived here, he was a herbalist. All the folks from all around would come to him for help, people came even from neighboring towns. But then he got drafted into the army to fight in the war and never came back… We used to be neighbors. He would come over in the evenings usually for tea and we would chat. It was he who told us how to help with pain in this or that part of the body. I had a sister back then. She had some issues with her health. My parents cleaned her blood vessels and subsequently she got better. Ever since then we’ve been sure that clean vessels are the key to excellent health and our whole family would have them cleaned regularly. Unfortunately both our parents died in a tragic accident in 1987. And my sister also lived for a long time, but less than me. She died when she was 95. I also made sure all my kids knew the importance of keeping their vessels clean.


Therefore, the secret of longevity lies in the vessels; they need to be cleaned from time to time. But nobody does that, that’s why they die early. This is especially true for the elderly that reside in cities. They love to take loads of pills and think that they will help them. When I visited my granddaughter in Accra, I was very surprised by this. People are only 60 but they’re all ill. That’s pills for ya – nothing but toxic chemicals. But if they cleaned their vessels, they would be healthy and active, just like me.

– Sefi, are you saying that if a person with poor health starts cleaning their blood vessels, they will be able to live longer?

– Of course! That’s the whole point. Think about it. Blood flows through the vessels bringing nutrition to all the organs. The better the nutrition, the healthier the organs. Vascular health ensures the health of the rest of the body. But vessels become dirty over time. After all, blood can come to contain dirt and all sorts of indigestible substances that accumulate on the vessel walls. They simply have nowhere else to go. As a result, vessels become corroded, like rusty pipes. The internal organs stop getting enough blood supply. As a result, they “starve” and get ill. The kidneys, stomach, liver and bladder all suffer from poor blood supply. Even the brain does. Imagine if, for example, I stop feeding a cow normally. Naturally, she will immediately fall ill!
But if you restore proper blood supply, your organs will recover. Perhaps, the person won’t live as long as me, but will definitely prolong their life for some time. For 3, 5, and maybe even 10 years. This used to be the dominant aid method, before the advent of pills and the pharmaceutical market.


I just remembered a story. A woman wrote me a letter a long time ago. Her husband suffered terribly from hypertension. Several pre-infarction syndromes. The doctors were predicting a prompt (permanent) end to his suffering. They told the woman to start looking for a burial spot. I was one of those she turned to to cure her beloved. She thought I had a secret or something. I suggested he clean his vessels. That’s my only “secret”. 10 years have passed since then. Sefi Oyeyemi goes to the other room to look for something. A while later she comes back with a really worn out notebook – Sefi still writes down phone numbers in it, the old fashioned way.

Kiprono indicated that instead of magnificent hotels, he would propose on a popular hill in Bureti, Kenya, where leaders and warriors were usually crowned.

Nigerian Nurse Loses Her Licence For Shouting ‘Jesus’ While Baby She Was Caring For Had Heart Attack.

Nigerian-born nurse Omolayo Abayomi has had her licence withdrawn by the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) because she threw her hands up in the air and begged Jesus for help as a baby she was supposed to be taking care of suffered a heart attack.

In an unfortunate case, Ms Abayomi, 51, appeared to panic when the child who suffered from a chronic lung disease, turned blue and stopped breathing in his cot at home.

Apparently taken aback by the trauma of it all, she called for divine intervention more than 20 times before the boy’s mother told her to shut up.

A disciplinary hearing was told that Ms Abayomi was constantly saying Jesus help him and waving her arms around. It was revealed that she provided wholly inadequate care by leaving the frantic mother to resuscitate her lifeless son, while the father dialled 999.

Ms Abayomi was subsequently found guilty of a string of charges by the NMC at a hearing in central London. During the hearing, Sydney Topping, representing Ms Abayomi, insisted his client’s behaviour had represented no more than a bad day at the office and urged the panel to let her off with a caution but his pleas was rejected.

Mr Topping said, “Once in a while you have a bad day at the office. I would suggest that on April 8 the registrant had a bad day at the office. It was no worse than that. She has bounced back since then.”

During the hearing, it was revealed that the child, referred to a Patient A and his twin sister were born three months premature at Homerton University Hospital in Hackney, east London, and as a result suffered from a number of serious illnesses and so required round-the-clock care.

Joanna Dirmikis, for the NMC, said Ms Abayomi had been employed by private nursing firm, Pediatric Nursing Link, to look after the infant, who required

According to the 29-year-old woman, her ex-husband would cheat even when they were dating but she would forgive and accept him back.

She disclosed that on their wedding day, he showed up late and since she was determined to get married, they proceeded with the ceremony.

When Nadya gave birth to octuplets, people wondered if she had bit off more than she could chew, but over the years Nadya has proved them wrong.

Being a single child, Nadya always wished for siblings and a big family. Unfortunately, she suffers from medical issues that don’t let her conceive naturally.

At the time of the kids’ birth, Nadya was unemployed and living with her mother but she worked hard, accepted any work she could get, and managed to care for all of her babies. Currently, the family lives in a three-room house in Orange County. They lead a vegan lifestyle.

Sharing her story with Graphic Showbiz in an interview recorded by Nkonkonsa.com, Kisa Gbekle revealed that her tummy became so big that she had to lift up her tummy before she could see her private part.

Kisa said: “I do what makes me happy. I have heard and read all that people are saying but all I know is that I do what makes me happy.

“As long as my mom, who is the most important person in my life, is okay with it, then I am good to go. I don’t care about anyone who is not happy for me because I did something that will make me happy,” she stated.

Telling this reporter what warranted her decision to go in for tummy tuck, she answered: “Everyone knows Kisa has got a ‘banging body.’ But during the height of COVID-19, I could not keep up anymore.

“My tummy became so big to the extent that I couldn’t see my private part anymore. To do so, I had to lift my tummy and it was embarrassing so I felt the surgery was the right thing to do.

“I discussed it with my mom and she was fine with it. Initially, she was not but when I answered her questions on all the myths surrounding this tummy tuck she gave her consent.”

Sharing her experience on the procedure which she had in Turkey, Kisa said it was painful. “It wasn’t easy at all. I even thought I was going to die.

“I did a tummy tuck, not the normal liposuction or Brazilian Butt Lift(BBL). Truth is, a tummy tuck is very painful; no jokes, but if you do it at the right place with the right people who have the right expertise, you will have no issues.”

Kanye West’s ex-executive/personal assistant claims he gave her the boot after sending her vile sexual texts and videos.

Lauren Pisciotta says in her lawsuit, she was an OnlyFans model who posted a bunch of bikini and lingerie pics and was super successful — making $1 mil a year.



Kanye hired Lauren in July 2021, after meeting her when he was putting together his fashion line. She says she also collaborated with him and worked with him on 3 songs on “Donda.”

A year later, she says he came to her and wanted her to be “God Like” and asked her to delete her OnlyFans account — and promised to pay her $1 mil a year if she did so.

Pisciotta claims shortly thereafter, Kanye began to send her a series of text messages, including one that read, “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***ed while I’m f***ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me …” It gets REALLY vulgar after that — with more alleged texts sent from Pisciotta that describe Ye’s sexual fantasies with women, including a lot of explicit language.



There’s one interesting alleged text Pisciotta claims he sent her that went something like this … “Is my d*** racist? It is. This f***ing racist d*** of mine. I going to beat this f***ing racist d*** for being f***ing racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the s*** out of my racist d*** … Beating the s*** out of his big black c***.”

Not just this, but Pisciotta also claims he would masturbate during phone conversations with her and ask if she could hear or guess what he was doing. And, she claims, he was fixated on the penis size of her boyfriends.





According to the lawsuit, there was a slew of text messages and sexual videos and photos that was sent to her, including at least 2 videos of Kanye having sex with a model.

She claims he then promoted her to Chief of Staff for his various companies, at a salary of $4 million.



Pisciotta says in October 2022, she was fired, but claims he offered her a $3 mil severance, which she accepted. She claims he never paid.
